The Secret of My White Skin (ENG)

I'm so sorry for not upload/post anything yet for many months, Gomenasai minna-san

I will try to upload this blog frequently maybe 1/week or 1/two weeks

And today I will posted about :

"The Secret of My White Skin"

Actually this is traditional method from China culture 

Since the baby born, they always bath the baby with RICE Water until whatever ages you want hahaha (I just do this method until I was 3 years old)^^

And I hardly to get my skin become dark ^^ Even I go to beach, I just get dark 1 tone from my real tone and in 1~2 months my skin become white again~ Yeah

Actually you still can do this method but maybe you can't get white skin so quick. But if you do this method frequently, I believe your skin will get brighten.

Why are this method more effectively if we did it since baby??

Because the baby skin is still pure and more easily absorb the pitera and other minerals from the rice

The RICE Water is from the Clean Water that you used to wash RICE before you cook it.

So here the EASY steps to make the Rice Water: (The method seems like how to cook rice )

1. Use Clean Water (Filter Water or Drink Water) 

2. Clean your hand

3. Pour the Clean Water into a BIG BOWL which contains 3~4 cup RICE 

(NB: The amount of rice is up to you, how much rice actually you cook for 1 day)

4.Stir the combination(water+rice) until the water colour is White

5. Pour to bathtub or baby bathtub(for baby) 

6. Replay STEP 3 ~ STEP 5 until the bathtub fill half or full (up to you)

7. Take a bath with RICE WATER splash~

Actually this method makes your Washed RICE Water didn't waste hoho~

But if you want Simple method, Maybe you can purchased RICE SOAP

You can buy it online or maybe it is available in mall or supermarket

ONE MORE SECRET I like to drink SOYABEAN MILK, 

I always drink it everyday (until 10years old)

Now I always drink it every month

Maybe drink the SOYABEAN MILK can make your SKIN WHITE
